best coffee place around, my husband and I go everyday to get lotus drinks. the baristas are all SO SO sweet, jasmine is our absolute favorite but they're all so nice. The pastries are great too.

Excellent customer service, friendly employees and great coffee. Always look forward to getting my coffee and the only place in town I'll get it at. They also have really good white coffee and good lotus options!

absolutely love the coffee here. only been a few times but i would definitely go again. think i prefer this over Dutch Bros to be honest. the cheesecake is absolutely delicious, the employee's are always kind, overall 20/5 stars. would recommend to anyone who wants some good coffee for a decent price.

We love you go here for drinks. If you're just after some coffee (or an energy drink), or even just a good flavored beverage THIS IS THE SPOT. We love Gypsy Java, and they love to see our pups. Our pups love their pup cups.

Love this place. Hands down my favorite local coffee shop and favorite place to get lotus. I always look forward to the weekly specials and love the seasonal menus. Expensive but they never disappoint. I would get coffee here everyday if I could!

Came for a coffee during a stay in Pullman and was pleasantly surprised by this place! A cute, cozy atmosphere with employees who do a fantastic job! I had the caramel caravan and it was love at first sip! If only we had Gypsy Java in the midwest! If I'm ever back in Pullman, I'll be sure to come back for coffee. ☺️

Gypsy is great! The workers are always super nice and have actually started to recognize my boyfriend and I, even remembering our orders lol. Love the lotus drinks and their coffees are pretty good too once it gets colder!

I love the style of the menue, drinks and how convenient the menus are placed around the building since there are so many options to choose, I've gotten a new random drink and everytime it's been perfectly made in a pretty quick manner. The workers seem happy and relaxed, not Dutch Bros level of enthusiasm/conversationalism but most mornings that's much appreciated honestly. Will definitely be coming here for all my specialty drink needs 😁

This is a great location, aside from the fact that I really do love their coffee, I also work in special education and I know that one of my fellow educators asked for donations to help kids with some life skills lessons. When they heard what it was for they far exceeded the request list and we were able to do some amazingly fun things. So not only good food/ drink, but really good people. Thanks, Java!
